Americans Outraged Over Biden’s “Pride” Flag Pandering at White House

After celebrating “Pride Month” at the White House and allegedly breaking U.S. law with a display of the rainbow flag, President Biden sparked a torrent of criticism on social media.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — On Saturday, the Biden administration held an event celebrating “Pride Month” on the White House lawn. As part of the event, the administration hung a giant rainbow flag from the south side of the White House, flanked by two Star Spangled Banners.

But with the flag display, commentators allege that the President of the United States of America and Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces willfully broke the law. U.S. Flag Code Section 7 (e)  stipulates:

“The flag of the United States of America should be at the center and at the highest point of the group when a number of flags of States or localities or pennants of societies are grouped and displayed from staffs.”

Sen. Roger Marshall, Kansas Republican, called the move “a disgrace.”

“Not only is it in breach of U.S. Flag Code, but it is a clear example of the White House’s incompetence and insistence on putting their social agenda ahead of patriotism,” Marshall tweeted.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton also chimed in.

“To advance revolutionary transgender agenda targeting children, Biden violates a basic tenet of U.S. Flag Code and disrespects every American service member buried under its colors,” Fitton wrote on Twitter.

“Men died for our flag and Biden spits on their graves,” talk show host Michael Savage tweeted. Savage went further asking “is BIDEN the sickest president in our history?” as he referenced the President’s “message to the entire community – especially to transgender children.”

Biden responded to the criticism by gloating over his stunt. Posting a photo of the “Pride” flag on his official Twitter, the president cropped out both U.S. flags from the picture.

“Today, the People’s House – your house – sends a clear message to the country and to the world,” Biden wrote. “America is a nation of pride.”

Political commentator Pedro Gonzalez had a slightly different view on the flag agenda than most conservatives on social media. He wrote:

“People are upset about the Biden administration flying the ‘Pride’ flag at the White House. But the Trump administration was no better. Pride has become the new justification for US imperial power, our ‘moral’ pretext for meddling in the affairs of other countries. It’s the latest mask liberal internationalism wears.”
