Florida Surgeon General: New COVID Vaccine Push is “Anti-Human”
TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA — Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo calls the new push from the federal government for another COVID booster “anti-human.”
"It's just a really terrible idea," Ladapo stated. "And it's remarkable and really spellbinding that [the CDC] would make that kind of recommendation in the absence of evidence."
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently made the most updated booster available to all Americans six months of age and older. Ladapo noted that clinical trials did not take place before the booster was approved.
"The FDA and CDC could have compelled Pfizer or Moderna to conduct clinical trials – that's something that's totally doable – and they didn't do it," Ladapo said.
"The CDC was vocal about the spike protein being a very short-lived phenomenon … and now we have people who, for prolonged periods of time, seem to have evidence of spike proteins circulating in their tissues," Ladapo explained. "Is that a safe outcome? I don't think so."
Ladapo concluded by noting that he cannot – in good conscience – recommend the latest version of the shot to anyone.
BUCK THE CDC
Ladapo commented on X that the federal government is pushing “false narratives” regarding COVID hospitalization.
“While the feds push false narratives, we assessed the data & here's the truth: Over 70% of CDC's so-called ‘COVID hospitalizations’ in FL are not hospitalized FOR COVID,” according to Ladapo. “They may be in the ER with a broken leg, have no respiratory symptoms, but happen to test positive.”

Ladapo – along with the rest of the DeSantis health administration – has bucked the national trends and explicitly opposed federal guidelines. In February 2022, Ladapo and DeSantis announced COVID guidelines for Floridians called Buck the CDC.
Part of these recommendations included ending masking in work settings.
“Unlike CDC guidance, Florida’s new masking guidance advises against wearing facial coverings in a community setting,”Ladapo asserted at the time. “There is not strong evidence that masks reduce the transmission of respiratory illness.”
What do you call re-imposing mask policies that have been proven ineffective or restarting lockdowns that are known to cause harm?

You don't call it sanity.
These terrible policies only work with your cooperation. How about refusing to participate…
SUDDEN DEATHS
In December 2022, Ladapo announced an investigation into sudden deaths potentially associated with the COVID mRNA injections.
The Florida Department of Health partnered with the University of Florida and looked at cases of myocarditis in individuals who had recently taken the shot.
The research revealed an 84 percent increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18 to 39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination.
“People died at home, suddenly,” said Ladapo in December 2022. “They did not show up at hospitals with chest pain, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of myocarditis. These are people that are not counted in any of those estimates that the CDC likes to pretend are accurate.”
It’s not only unfortunate that COVID has corrupted scientists' ability to think clearly about epidemiology but also sad that people rush to defend a vaccine that has shown increased cardiovascular risk in multiple studies. Florida’s surveillance simply confirmed it. https://t.co/JXp5SXIJJz
