New Canadian Bill Would Create 2SLGBTQI+ “Safety Zones”

According to the far-reaching bill, “making offensive remarks, either verbally or in writing, with respect to matters of social orientation or gender roles” would be criminalized in these zones.

ONTARIO, CANADA — A new bill in the Ontario provincial parliament would create special rules around properties designated as “2SLGBTQI+ community safety zones.”

“The Act prohibits persons from performing an act of intimidation within 100 metres [108 yards] of the boundary of a property that is designated as a 2SLGBTQI+ community safety zone. Every person who contravenes the prohibition is guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of not more than $25,000,” the bill states.

According to the far-reaching bill, “making offensive remarks, either verbally or in writing, with respect to matters of social orientation or gender roles” would be criminalized in these zones. It would also be illegal to protest for purposes of “homophobia” or “transphobia” in this zone.

In addition, the bill establishes a committee dedicated to “improving the safety of and preventing hate crimes and hate motivated incidents against Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and additional sexually and gender diverse people in Ontario.”

Christopher Rufo, one of the new trustees at the New College of Florida, commented on the bill, stating that diversity is being used as a mask to implement tyranny.
