Death Threats and Intimidation – The DeSantis Download: April 11, 2023

What’s up next for Ron DeSantis?

Easter celebrations are now over, and we are back to business as usual – and so is the Florida governor. Ron Desantis received one bill from the Legislature today, and has until April 18th to act on it. The bill is CS/SB 106, which deals with the Florida Shared-Use Nonmotorized Trail Network.

In Election 2024 news, Rep. Cory Mills endorsed Donald Trump for president, becoming the fourth member of the Florida Republican Delegation to do so. Time Magazine came out with the exclusive story.

This week, Ron DeSantis is slated to speak on Thursday at the Summit County Lincoln Day Breakfast in Akron, OH.

“As much as I know about the likelihood of him running, I do think he is a contender,” Party Chair Williams said. “I can tell you this: The Republicans in Summit County, all the time are asking, ‘Do you think DeSantis is running?’ and then they say ‘I hope he runs’ − so, I hear that with great regularity.”

The governor will also be speaking to Butler County Republicans on Thursday in West Chester, OH as well.

Here is everything you need to know about what is happening in DeSantis World today.
