This week, we saw a surprise win for Donna Deegan in Jacksonville’s mayoral race. With Governor DeSantis’ historic results a few months back, many had expected more landslide Republican victories across the state.
We also saw the crisis at the southern border take its toll, with Governor DeSantis even pledging to send Florida troops to help handle the situation.
