WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a video clip from the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting in January this year, COVID vaccine manufacturer Moderna’s CEO Stéphane Bancel is captured stating:

“I remember walking after the hours into the office of my other manufacturing and I say, ‘How do we make a billion dose[s] next year?’ And he looks at me a bit funny and says ‘What?’ And I say ‘Yeah, we have to make a billion dose[s] next year, there’s gonna be a pandemic.”

Critics of the official COVID narrative have long argued that the pandemic was planned in advance, suggesting that a “simulation exercise” called Event 201, which was held in New York in October of 2019, in fact was a wargame to prepare for the rollout of the pandemic – which COVID dissidents call “plandemic.”

“What they are talking about is using this pandemic as a pretext for clamping down totalitarian controls. And the first thing they said is ‘We have to limit free speech, we can’t allow people to criticize government policies. We can’t allow people to talk about a ‘lab leak’,” presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy said in an interview with American Thought Leaders.

The COVID scenario was also described in eerily striking detail in a Rockefeller Foundation research paper called “Lock Step” from 2010.
